Debt collection fraud

I had been delivered notice from Assetcare, inc. Declaring that I owe a medical statement from 1999 for $191.00 that we unforunatly compensated by creditcard. I'm on the fixed-income, nor require something negative on my credit.

I visited thier site and joined a subscription rule to access the payment info. I really could not discover work that the bill began. Or could they offer me using the physicians office to who I suppossedly owed the statement.
