Hidden Processing Fee. Dishonest

When I apply for the Sams Club Merchant Service, I was told there are no Application, No monthly Fee, No Statement Fee and No Reprogram fee. After I start using the service, they Charge me $100 Reprogram fee and $4.95 monthly fee. I called the customer service to complain. They refuse to refund me the $100 reprogram fee and said as a courtesy they can waive the $4.95 monthly fee. That's stupid. I enter the contract with promise no fee. Now I have to thank them for waiving the monthly fee.

Choose Merchant Account. They usually do what they promise to do.
