Louie Knowls and Merchant Industry is a scam

Louie Knowls from Merchant Industry signed me up for there credit card processing.
I signed a contract that stated that the wireless monthly fee would be $15.00 per month no minium monthly fee no set up fee and they told me they would give me the first month free.
Even though I had a contract with them they took out of my bank account $25.00 dollar wireless fee, $14.90 min monthly 4.95 mic fee and charged me for transaction fees even though there were no trans action I have not opened my business yet and have not set up the machine yet they charged me transaction fees. Merchant Industry and Louie Knowles are a scam.
