Beware of this company

Beware of this company, We sent over four files, upon finally receiving the doc order (which took days and days) after we fulfilles the prior to doc conditions and the docs went out and our client signed the loan docs. Six days later after all prior to funding conditions were sent in we received an e-mail stating that they couldn't fund one of the loans and in order to do so we needed another condition.

After supplying the other condition they still didn't fund the loan, of course it took them another four days to inform us of this. Not to mention the fact that one of the loans is only a 60%LTV with a DTI of 45% and twelve days later after they have had the prior to funding conditions now for nine days, this loan still has not funded yet either. They will blame it on "QC" but don't believe them it is a lie.

Want a real treat, take a trip to the wholesale office located on rancho viejo road in San Juan Capistrano Ca. There are only four people ther, when you walk in the office you will see a 8.5 x 11 sheet of paper with their name on it, ther was one computer there and we saw one single line phone, no pictures were even on the wall. So my advise beware, we have sinced moved our files else where.

Besides they had admittied to selling there files to country wide, citi, and wells fargo. Why use them when you can go to the source. Again beware of them.
