Wrongful billing and bad customer service

The corporation is horrible: they've billed my credit card 24 months in AROW for ineffective marketing without calling people for authorisation to restore and cost the card.

Whenever we call them, the party claims that noone can be obtained, therefore we keep messages and shock surprise noone calls back. Whenever we ultimately dropped our awesome and requested to talk to a supervisor, again she claimed no one was available
