You will pay twice what the vehicle is worth - also deal with rude representatives ripoff

First of all I want to state that you WILL pay twice the price what the vehicle is worth if you use Nuvell. I paid over $32,000 for a $16,000 used truck after making payments for 60 months-7 years!!! Don't do what I did! Buy a crappy car with cash and save up money for a year or two and clean up your credit.

I paid 58 payments straight on time. Even the operators at Nuvell were surprised to see it. During the last 2 payments I went on unpaid maternity leave and could only make the 59th payment when the 60th became due. They refused to take the 59th because they lumped it in with the 60th, so I needed $800.00 and only had $450.00. Ugh. Hello. I am attempting to pay them. It is their way of making this impossible and squeezing more money from me. As if $16,000 wasn't enough. At this point they are threatening repossesion on the vehicle. My credit score at this point is over 700 with the last 7 years paying on time for all my bills. Now they are attempting to screw it up.

Also, when the Nuvell representative called, I tried to explain that I was catching up on bills because of unpaid maternity and they are the first to get money. The representative replied "Maybe you should have thought of that before having kids" Very insulting. Do Not do business with Nuvell.
