Non payment of escrowed fees

I've profit my escrow account to pay for my fees. I received tax statement in July delivered it into Hone-Eq. Stated they settled my taxes twice after which I obtain a notice in the tax-collector that she never received my fees... I approached House-Eq numerous occasions since Nov looking to get this straigthened out before they place a loan on my house and that I simply keep obtaining the run-around. The final phone was 2/28 and lady assured me the check might venture out about the 3/3 properly you know what no-check went out and my fees nevertheless are not compensated. Our new fees for home are now actually do I surprise once they can get paid... They wont provide me copies of the inspections which were shipped they stated additional events info is about the check aswell. What type of BS is that this...
