Refusal to investigate erroneous charge

My dad is contracting having a business called Solitude Aid, which promises to become associated with Bank of America. They've mistakenly charged my dadis charge card bill and therefore are placing me into an unlimited do-cycle after I have attempted to correct the issue...

1. Father named Solitude Aid with the objective of providing them with his fresh Assisted Living tackle. Their typical statement per month is $12.99 and articles to his charge card each month.

2. Consequently of Father's telephone call, Solitude Aid has charged him one more $29.99, though my daddy desired no extra companies.

3. I named Solitude Aid and was informed that, without speaking with my dad, they mightnot actually access his consideration. No body questioned whether I'd P.O.A., that we do and may have sent a duplicate to them.

4. I requested they atleast critique the phone discussion, however they declined, stating they mightnot actually do this with out Father about the telephone.

So essentially, my issue is that this: While Father did keep in touch with them about the telephone, they wound up charging him significantly more than two times as much again as his typical support. After I attempt to correct the mistake, they demand on speaking with Father about the telephone. I started my mission, convinced that the $29.99 was an honest error since Father is hard-of-hearing and may have misunderstood anything. However now I smell anything dangerous... I'm as if the corporation has preyed on my parents.
