I fully expect that you will be refunding our money as we have received no services from Kemper. I will ALWAYS remain professional and asking for an explanation is my right. I don't appreciate being disrespected as I have not disrespected you at anytime in this relationship.

Please respond with when my office can expect a full refund as you stated in our brief discussion. Please communicate with accounting in regards to this time line.

I just want to know if you are going to keep your word and refund our money so that we can go get the services we hired your firm to provide and that you did not. As far as I am concerned that is what I expect and what you committed to and all I care about. Once we have our refund if I saw you in the street I would speak even if you did not answer. I am a bigger person than that but I would not expect you to see it.

When can we expect the refund as stated Mr Mendes?
