Company advertises you go to the web to sign up one fee then charges more

I ordered from the internet a cd for 2.95 shipping.
I heard about this company from an infomercial. The informercial suggested to go to the web site. I did and ordered the cd and agreed to pay the postage, however in the infomercial did not talk about a monthly subscription fee. Well I signed up and received an additional charge of over $58.00 When calling to the company to complain they basically said tough. Its your fault for not reading the material. I agree it is my fault, however, I never even used the disk they sent to me.
This is a bad company Please do not use them you will get burned.
