Not a REAL Company!

Spoke to Steven the office manager at ACS about me sending them $70.00, told him that I've never known a compay asking me for money before they send me money, and that I would have an attorney look at the paper work, I also ask about the loan papers that I didnt received which would told me about what the payment would be a what % rate. He couldnt answer. But was willing to waive the fee. This is not a REAL COMPANY. Dont do it.
