About four months ago I was contacted by a Noland Nelson about modifying my home loan. At the time he told me he would reduce my interest rate down to 2% PITI which would bring my payment down to $1550.00. My wife and I were excited! As the months went by I/we never heard back from Noland. We got very worried when we contacted the bank and they claim they never heard of Seamless Solutions. I tried calling Noland and the Seamless office to find out he was. Apparently he is never in his office when I need to speak with him. The receptionist was very rude, unprofessional and inconsiderate to my feelings. I tried explaining to her what was going on and she kept telling me Noland was unavailable or was in a meeting or was not in the office.

After getting the run around for several weeks, I finally decided to go down to the office and get the answers that we were looking for! When we showed up at Seamless Solutions, we realized they were nothing more than a fly by night firm dodging the FBI, local authorities and the DRE! I saw several notices taped to the door and windows of their temporary office. I filled a fraud charge with the Pasadena Police department later that day. According to the police they have been looking for Noland Nelson for some time now. Apparently this is not the first time Noland Nelson was or is being investigated by the police. According to the DRE Seamless Financial/Solutions was the same company that put most if their pervious clients in toxic loans that completely destroyed our economy. Ironically they are now taking another swing at innocent hard working Americans by tricking them into paying money for a loan modification and then Seamless/Noland never contacts the lender.

Now the bank foreclosed on my house, my wife and I have lost our jobs due to the stress this has caused us, I have developed a heart condition, and without proper medical insurance from my employer I will not be able to take care of myself nor get the proper medication.

Dealing with Seamless Solutions/Financial and NOLAND NELSON has done nothing but ruin our lives! Stay away from Seamless and contact your local authorities if they contact you!
