I fulfilled my contract and paid off debt, but did not recieve my refund of $666.00

I paid off my debt thru NCRC. When I called to request my refund, I was told the company was going out of business. No one ever responded to my phone calls, e-mails, or voice messages. I fulfilled my contract and they did not. I am owed a refund of $666.00 and want my money back.
