Unfair finance terms and unwilliness to provide customer service

TRS Inc is a finance company that is found in many furniture stores. They basically offer predatory loans with unclear terms. Although I knew what I was agreeing to when I signed, however the sheer lack of professionalism of the representatives is stunning. TRS Inc agreed to allow me an option to consider another provider and that I would give them my answer at 3pm the next day.

The next day I was contacted by TRS over 6 times in 20 minutes. They wanted to pick up my furniture before 2 even though they had agreed to await my response by 3. Suddenly their problem became my problem. I told them I was sorry that they are in a hurry but we had an agreement and I would hole to it. Brittany at TRS in Tempe, AZ called me 7 times in a row after I asked to not be contacted until after 3.

TRS Inc, plays games, wastes your time and treats people unfairly and worst of all, they do not honor their agreements.
