Late fee ripoff

Fifth third bank is a ripoff. I refinanced together within the middlof 2008. I delivered my payment in by mail about the first of the month, february and a week ago i obtained a telephone call and letter stating the payment wasn't received. I told them that i shipped the payment and they blamed to the mail assistance. Through the years, our payment never got lost in the mail with any other lender. This is actually the second time they couldn't find my payment by email. As instructed by them i created another payment in a nearby fifth third bank, this time around having a late fee. That payment was posted on 24 hours later. Recently they transferred the initial check that was sent within the mail since i observe that my lender, where my checking account exists, has returned the check because of insufficient funds. Because of their negligence or witholding our mail purposely, i'd to pay for late for them and today i've to pay for a fee to my bank for insufficent resources since they tried to obtain two payments for the same month from me. The following month i'm making the payment personally when i don't trust fifth third bank. I'm getting away from this the moment i obtain the prospect. Don't work with this lender.
