Took $1500 and did no services. Promiced $1500 in rebates as well. Received 0$

Complaint. I used the company. Paid the fees [$1500].. Then when i got the 'packet ' it was very large and confusing. Along with vouchers. That equalled the $1500 in vouchers... For 'rebates ' including one of 500$in gas. Fact is you have to spend 100$ in gas / month to receive 25$ in rebates or no deal... Also i was to receive a $500 shoping spree at home depot [walmart, target or several others. All expiring in 90 days ][third another $500 gas card all which expired before my return from my sisters. Three months later..#2 i moved out of town for 3 months... After i called for several times [ after my return ] having a return phone call promiced. It never happened, usually i went on my tasks of the day and forgot. Until today. I got a'courtney' answer all three times [sounds fishy already ] because of my adiment behavior. I recalled after each of the 'designated times'.. And explained that i did not want to use their services. And would like my money returned. They said that i could not happen because i was over 90 days. All over a confusing booklet and my moving to my sister in tucson az... So they still want all my credit card #'s to start negotiating my debits promicing $4000 in savings. Or a refund. But they will not refund even though i never used their serviceds. The people on line are very slick. And very carful what they say. But in no way will they return your money
