Demand Draft not honored - no reason given

JPMorgan Chase is broker lender handling requirement draft for my boyis lender in Virginia. Yesterday the draft (following a month of deposit) was considered 'not recognized'.

No cause was handed towards the nearby t ank in Va or towards the issuing bank in Singapore.

Exactly Why Is this so? This step is similar to intimidation.

Just how can a realtor lender 'not recognize' a draft after 30 days of deposit after which achieve this without providing grounds. Our boy is just an exchange scholar in america.

Inquiries to JPMorgan Chase have now been unanswered - is that this just how how customer support works?
