Realty Trac claims to have foreclosure detail data and they got my money for full year. The moment I got access I realized they don't have enought data there. For the period of Feb 25 - March 25, thy were showing only 4 records of scheduled foreclosure sale instead of 185. Of course they refused to pay a penny back after an hour of subsciton.
Watch out.
