After using Realty Trac's free trial, and cancelling that contract, Realty Trac without authorization or my knowledge sent my credit card information to eharbor inc. Aka. Realestate promoter.com. They then charged my credit card for 49.95, their terms of agreement are designed to keep charging you without your prior knowledge, and charge you even more to get out of their pariah agreements. There are no refunds, and your only course is to try, and probably unsuccessfully dispute the charge. I've filed a complaint with the BBB. These companies do not make thier money through service, but trying to catch you in malicious presumable contracts. File Complaints to BBB the more the better, and maybe they'll stop these deceptive practices. If any lawyer wants to file a Class A lawsuit just let me know.
