Attempted to rip me off

Consumers please beware!!!
On January 29 I faxed IMC Financial the required paperwork for them to begin the work with assisting me with a foreclosure. On Friday I discovered that IMC Financials are crooks. I had a 3 business day period after they received my enrollment package to cancel the enrollment. I promptly did a letter of cancellation on Friday night, one business day after they received my enrollment package and faxed it to their Quality Control Unit and sent a copy via email to Christopher Wilson, my rep. They were charging me $1998.00 because I already had a sale date on the foreclosure. I was contacted on Monday by Lynnette in Customer Service questioning me about the cancellation letter they received which acknowledged that they did receive it.in the meantime, they had already withdrawn $666.00 from my account. Lynnette asked me if I was sure that I wanted to cancel and said "I had worked so diligently on your file Friday" I told her that I wanted to cancel and she said she would turn it over to her refund department and that someone would be in touch with me within 24 hours after they determine if I'm eligible for a refund.By law I am entitled to a total refund because of the 3 day cancellation law. I did a complaint to the Clearwater BBB and the Attorney General of Florida. IMC finally responeded to BBB on 2/19/09 stating that they were sending a refund check out to me on 2/20 but I haven't received it yet. They had the nerve to put in their response to the BBB that it was unfortunate that I elected to listen to my lender and did not give IMC a chance to assist me in my time of need. There is only one person who does the refunds and her name is Heather Hicks.
