We were victims of this company too.in July we contacted Direct Capital with our company financing needs. After speaking with Joel we were passed to Belendi who can hardly speak english. Belendi said we could get the loan and sent a proposal.

They wanted $5000 non-refundable deposit and we said no. Then Belendi told us how big the company is and that our loan had excellent chances of getting approved and since he knew how good our chances were he then lowered the non-refundable deposit to $2500 to make it easier on us.

After gaining our trust we paid Direct Capital $2500 and of course Belendi did not get us a loan. He said that the guidelines had changed and that we needed more collateral. He said that if something new came up that we could get he would get us into that. We never heard from Belendi again.

2 Weeks ago we received a application from Direct Capital saying we were pre-qualified for our loan. But now they want an additional $479 for a "Credit Profile". We asked them what happened to the $2500 that they got and they said we need to pay an additional $479 if we want the loan.
