The corporation TOOK $75 from me after declaring it just billed $1.98 for delivery of Disc with grant financing info. Within 10 times they charged my charge card for that $75 and that I NEVERTHELESS did not possess the Disc - which came after 14 days. Wretched organization that does not answer telephones, react to emails, or return telephone calls. Document a problem using the FTC!
