I adopted the instructions, paid $5 support cost and received nothing. I named three times and was informed the cards were still being processor the cards were to become delivered out in a few days that was 2 weeks before at that time of the writting. What do I actually do — Better Business Office, obtain the $5 off my AmEx card? I named nowadays (January 20) and 1 800-514-0366 isn't any longer a legitimate quantity!
