Creatively manged to take my money, and not follow through on there promises

I just wanted to inform all you to avoid the company. I was in a tight fix and was trying to get myself out of debt. So I applied for a loan throught Trident Soluions. My first clue should have been the majority of the contact was by email, and everytime I tried to contact them by phone I had not luck. I applied as was approved under certian contidions. I needed some type of collateral. I did not have any so they offered me what they called an Insurance. I was to send them the amount of my first 6 months in case I was unable to pay for any reason. I was to send it through money gram but I was to get the money returned, and it was to be used just to "make sure that I had the funds" and the amount would be deducted from my loan. I was uncomfortable with this so I began to do some research, and was contantly calling to get more information, or emailing. I even attepmted to contact the BBB, I even emailed them to try to find out information. Now I even contacted Trident Solutions to ask if they were under a cooperate name so i would be able to locate them through the online BBB. I was actually sent a web link that had their information with the BBB. It looked legit, even all the documentation that they sent me looked real.

I sent the money through Monegram and contact them to let them know so they would be able to verify. Well I did not recieve any money by 5 pm as they promised. When I tried to contact them by phone the constantly disconnected and was not able to talk to anyone. When I did get a person they told me my brooker would call me. I never received a phone call. I contacted Moneygram and was given very little information and was told to make a report. When the I asked where the money was picked up it was picked up in Houston, Texas and the company was supposedly located in NY. I made a report but have not had success in trying to obtain my money. I was out my rent for the month and have been trying to pay catch up ever since. So please be warned do not do buissness with the company they are lying and are trying to take your money.
