As of Friday 2/13 we made our last payment on our loan with CityView Cash. We really had no problems with them. They abided by our contract as did we. However, we have been trying to contact them to make sure that our pay off is documented ad to end our business with them and have had no success.

I did find 4 complaints with the Better Business Bureau and none of those complaints were responded to. As near as I can tell those complaints were all in December and since. There is contact information listed there, it is as follows.

I called and got a voice mail. We'll see if I ever get through to a person.

To those of you that are having money taken out of your accounts wrongfully, I have been told that you can go to your bank and put a hard hold on specific a specific person or company that you have previously given authority for ACH Debits or withdrawls. We probably will do this on CityView just to be safe.
