Advanta
Raised my interest rate from 6% to now 35%

I paid on time, never late and always more than the minimum due. Then in Dec 07 Advanta raised my rate to 30% interest now it is 35% interest. Is there no cap on how hi the credit companies can go? Why can they away with that?
