Raised my interest rate from 7.99% to 19.99%

After may years with this company, they raised my interest rate from 7.99% to 19.99%, which resulted in my interest charges going from around $80 to over $200! When I called, outraged, they said it wasn't anything I had done, and that they had notified me in writing regarding the change. I never received anything from them. I am livid. I have already filed a report with the FTC and BBB. I am trying this site, and plan to file with my state AG's office.
