Unauthorized charges

I was only to be charged 2.95 for a cd i ordered (but never got) and now there has been 39.95 taken out of my checking account. This was NEVER approved. I want it replaced NOW!!! Don't bother sending the cd because obviously if you are going to rip me off this way your cd is worthless too. You have three days or i will report you to the state of arizona, the federal government, the bbb, everyone and anyone that can and will do something. Don't EVER EVER EVER take another dime or even penny out of my account again.
