Keith Luker promised a great return on investment, but did not deliver

I invested $20,000 with Keith Luker and Jason Church in June. The money was to be used to fix up 2 rental properties; Keith stated "we already have a buyer for both of them, just need to get him to sign a contract and close". So I expected my investment to be returned in 60 days as promised. The promissory notes were signed by Keith Luker and Jason Church.

In November Jason wrote that they experienced more repairs than expected, and had solved some problems with the city - so they could now market the houses better.

But they never sold the houses; the 60 days turned into YEARS.

They owed me $20,000 plus a LOT of interest. After hounding them for some time, they made interest only payments from September to August. Then one payment in October their last payment was in January.

I have been told thay they lost both houses to foreclosure, Keith closed Jeremiah Land Company, and Keith has filed for bankruptcy protection.

So they still owe me $20,000 plus a LOT of interest.

And I am just one of their MANY victims.
