Wells Fargo are scammers! Will never be back!

I have been a customer with Wells Fargo for about 3 years now, last year is the first time I had ran into some problems with them. I had to go out of town for work in Aug. 2008 and I was going to pay my bill when I got back. When I returned home, I tried to pay my bill online but was locked out and unable to do so. I finally got on a few days later to see that a payment was posted to my account. I had no idea what that was from but figured it would straighten itself out. Well it did not and it took a turn for the worse.

In I had requested that my Wachovia account be automatically withdrawn everymonth but when I switched banks I mailed in a letter to cancel it. Well, they never got my letter! The payment in Aug. Had come out of an account that I never use! $35.00 fee!!! So I called them, they said they would remove my bank account from my cc account but that did not happen. I spoke to 3 reps and they all said that no other charge would go through again! Well, they were wrong! I made the payment by phone with my correct bank account and don't you know they tried to take this payment out 2 more times from my wachovia account!!! $105.00 in fee's!!! This is even AFTER I made the payment by phone! I called and they said that, that is standard practice, which seems like a good scam to me! They said they do not refund overdraft fee's but I faxed them my letter everyday! I figure they can call me everyday if Im late, I can fax them my letter everyday!

Finally my persistance paid off. They sent me a check by UPS overnight for the overdraft fee's but was unable to get the over limit and all those other fee's. I even had to pay triple what my normal monthly bill was for a few months. Still a scammer and as soon as I get enough money to pay them off, I will never go back to them and hopefully they go out of business!!!
