Don't order from this guy he's a rip-off & should be stopped

On 02/05/03, ordered this guy's "supposed" great book out of curiosity. It is now 03/19/03, and have not received it yet.
When you call the 800 number given it gives you some BS message and cuts you off. The BBB needs to go after this guy and he should pay people back double what he's taken.
