They will be "so so sorry, oh i didn't realize thats what you wanted, i am just so sorry". These people are pros at misleading and down right lying to you. If you call them on it, they aren't nice anymore, matter of fact, they won't even call you back. Rest assured surepoint covers their butt. They depend on sounding so sweet and trusting and may even quote bible verses for you. Don't you let your guard down.
