Rip-off stole my $

Hi... My name is chuck and i got a call from global financial the end of december now it is the middle of march and i still am waiting on the package that i was supposed to get

I have called them atleast 10 times asking where my credit card was and they kept telling me its in the mail if i dont recieve it in 5 days then call them back and they would put a trace on it so 5 days later i call back and i still dont have my package so i ask them to put a trace on it they did not put a trace on it so today i decided to look up the address they gave me on the web and i put @ inplace of dot and came up with a bunch of rip off reports the date is 3-18-03 and

I told them that i looked up the email they gave me and came up with a bunch of rip off reports and that i wanted my $ back and they told me that they COULDNT give me my $ back they could only send me another package so if its not here by the first of april i am going to take them to small claims court and sue them
