Ripoff consumer fraud ripoff

I was told my secured account would be in an interest bearing account figuring, o.K. That will offset some of the high interest. (lie). I was told when i sent in the amount for security the whole amount was to be applied to c.C. Account. (lie). THEY CHARGED A $69.00 fee to the card, minused off the amount i sent in. Tomorrow when i call to close the account since they have me over drafted when i have made 4 to 5 times the min. Payments, i will pay the overdraft and see what stunts they try to pull on me. I WILL let other consumers know of the out come by the end of the week.
