Claimed to be loan modification program. Will not use women unless for sexual favors. Refused to give out info on Series 7 licensing required by MN State. Too new to find online for other reports. Recruiting people for leads on loan modifications but refusing to pay out leads. Commission only, requires fee for your website contact. Claims to be working with lawyers but will not give name of law firm doing their work. Said one plan actually destroys credit rating but then you can come back and sell a credit repair program. Claiming they will pay out from $800 to $3400 per customer lead and program sold. One staff member also claimed they were using paperwork from customers to "get into other businesses." One has connections to Cedar Valley Exteriors which has several complaints against them for collecting insurance checks from customers and not completing work. Also has connections to a collection agency where his wife claims she can put in false reports and attack your credit if you refuse to pay. Bob Felen actually used the words "scam" and "con" in relation to the customers several times during the "training session".

There were 30 or 40 people in this training session - something he claims is normal. He also said he would not use women, "Only the men will get in."
