Homecomings financial network, inc. Is how this company is listed on court papers as recently sent to myself. They are trying to forclose on my property. They have purposely and knowlingly lied on court records in order to do so. They have violated my privacy rights. Harrassed myself and children. They have made false claims to the credit bureaus in regards to my personal info and have done so knowing it were false. They have not complied with the laws governing chap 7 bankruptcy including taking payments from myself and purposefully cashing some and holding others all for the namesake of homecomings trying to put more illegally claimed money in their greedy pockets. They have lied about details regarding my account: payouts to hazard insurance and refusal to show checks cashed on behalf of citizens property insurance to whom which they claim to have paid, they refused to honor homestead exemptions for taxing purposes and claimed they repeatedly "lost" the copy sent by "pinellas county taxing authorities" and myself (i faxed several different employees in each of the three different states in which they are to have their main offices.) they have falsified amounts of escrow and changed their records to seem as if none of these claims had happened when i put this in writing to their company. They have made claims on paper that their were late fees while on the phone they would verbally confirm that indeed i had not one late payment and to disregard those notices or amounts showing on invoices assuring me it would not actually show to the credit bureas, or any other institution whereas i sought financial loans or of the like. They have taken hours upon hours of my time unecassarily by using devious, deceptive and corrupt business dealings and loan management. They have worked with specific investors which they refuse to give names. They send bogus letters of "empathy" as a way to "look as if", they care, with lines lke: "time is of the essence, and unless you call us we cannot help"."we value you as a customer and our goal is to help you with your loan servicing needs." "we offer many solutions to service needs such as yours, but you must call us." they never offer solutions fitting for the customer because they refuse to honor those in writing and accordng to the needs of the customer. They steel, lie, cheat and ultimately want to take your home. They refuse to let customers speak with higher management, refuse to give managers names and make up the rest as they go along. They are currently in litigation with some lawyers out of new york regarding filing a class action in the state of calif... Numbers are going up, up, up in regards to their forclosures over the past few months. Dont let these jerks get away with it. Who wants to join in with the petition to go to the highest government official in order to obtain help? Lets work together against these crooks. Thousands of people with the same stories minus the names and dates and we must accept this? Barbara walters should be contacted as i wouldnt doubt these big guys are enron buddies?!
