I purchased the manual and disc on line to get a $2.95 shipping and handling. I obtained a follow-up demand the purchase and after discussing it with my spouse, informed them I needed to cancell my purchase. Per week later Our bill was charged over $58.00 and since itis a imminent transactionthey cannot end it and neither could my lender. I had been on-hold for 1/2 one hour to try and talk to somebody plus they terminated it AGAIN!!! The cash remains getting removed from my account although, to get a item i terminated and not gotten!!! I need the cash immediately be put-back into my bill or I'll be calling the greater business office and my lawye
