I had a flood in my home on 12-22-08, my ins.Co., ws contacted and agent by the name of mark came to our home 10 hours after. He took pictures and witness trash can filled with items and damaged electrical equipment. After a few days i was contacted and he advised me to make a list. He was not in agreement it came out to my home 3 times, to take photos of what he had already took. He advised me to take a lump sum of $10,000.00 for me to stay some where while they cleaned up the house. His senior also became involved needless to say he made offers which i accepted and then did not pay.

He was given documentation of losses and receipts which he denied receiving. However, when he forwarded the spread sheets, imagine my surprise he has written the exact amount that were on the receipts on it. I asked him once again if he had the receipts. His response was no. After several conversations 50 and letters later (5) he was called on it and the workmen's auto ins. Was contact i spoke to Mr. Bang, and Mr. Mitchell, on several times.

Needless to say they were not helpful the document ruby provided to them is false, and erroneous. He agrees to pay then when it comes down to calling him on it and the amount is far greater he lise and dose not pay. He has continued to be rude, obnoxious individual. He harass me he has called me stupid, and yelled at me, when he came to my home he literally threw my furniture around like it was garbage. Spoke to service master employes and completely ignored me and spoke to them about me as if i was not there.

"Do you see what i am dealing with" he spoke with such disdain.

Needless to say i have yet to be payed, and the damaged items are still here and he still has not paid the service companies for there work either.

I also contacted the Department of ins, to no avail they stated that they would look into it the person i was dealing with has yet to get back to me. I do not know what to do or where else to turn.
