Bank of America lifted the rate of interest on my charge card from 9.9PERCENT to 22% without notice. I examined to confirm that I'd not compensated them late and unearthed that I've usually compensated significantly more than the minimum due each month and also have never been overdue. I contact them-and had the sad fortune to be place in contact with among the many rude people who I've handled in quite a long time. She explained the elevated the rate of interest for no specific cause and there's nothing that I will do about this. I inquired if there is another person I really could talk to or another division and was educated that no body within the organization might do anymore than she, but she got my title and quantity and explained somebody might contact me 24 hours later. Still waiting.

Really horrible organization and incredibly rude customer support... Cannot wait to move my company from Lender of America.

I suppose that my tax dollars aren't enough and they chose to deliver me a bail out cost every month.
