Three Weeks of Unanswered Messages Seeking Payment Information

I have left messages for the DAC every day for 3 weeks to get the information needed to PAY. I have sent faxes and called. Of course, you cannot speak to the same person more than once. Call ext. 1109, and the first person you speak with is no longer there and it's another person. None of them return calls. They are the worst to deal with!
