WORST customer service disregard for Customer inquiries

I have left messages to the DAC every day for 3 weeks to get information needed to PAY... I have sent FAXES, CALLED - of course you cannot speak to the same person more than once. Call ext. 1109 and the first person you speak with is no longer there and it's another person. None of which return calls. THEY ARE THE WORST TO DEAL WITH!
