Unfair, Rip Offs, Questionable busisness practices

On Jan 2 I deposited my check via atm due to the ginormous lines inside and in the drive through lanes. On Jan 5 both my rent check and my deposit posted. National City overdrafted my account using questionable busisness practices.

When I asked them about it, they said that when you deposit via atm, it gets emptied EVERY MORNING and EVERY NIGHT. Since I deposited my check before 4pm on friday, wouldnt they get my check and start processing it? They even refused to overturn the overdraft fee. Im still trying to figure out why I was charged that fee.

I plan on closing my account with them and going to a credit Union. They are alot easier and nicer to deal with.
