Avoid them!: Not willing to work with customers during temporary financial hardships

Avoid these people! My Auto loan was sold to them after 2 years with another company. I fell into some financial hardships, they have been unwilling to work with me. I answer every call talk to people and even call them sometimes I make payments when I can.

Their customer service is rude, they don't read their own notes, and sometimes they don't even speak English well. (A lot of their calls seam to be outsourced)

I had some employment problems and I am trying to get out of a financial hole but drive, but they won't even defer a single payment so I can get out of the mess. I don't see how they can stay in business forcing customers in to reposition something that would hurt them and me.

If you have a loan sold to these people or a dealer tries to use them for lending RUN! Because unless you are so financially sound and secure that unforeseeable events will not cause payment issues (in that case why are you even using these guys) then it might just be a disaster.
