Paying employees under the table

Well i would like to start off saying i am having an issue trying to establish child support for my five year old son. His father Maurice Stevenson works for this company Transtlye and they are making it hard for the state to enforce any kind of order because they cannot get a wage assignment from the company. The owner has been paying him under the table for the last two years and i have not recieved a dime. My case worker has contacted domonique the lady who supposively does the payroll and she has not responded to any of our messages we have left for her in the last six months. I think this is illegal and that they should be investagated. I wonder if there are other mothers in the same boat i am in. If there is anyone out there that can help me please let me know thank you.
