No reimbursement of refund to credit card

Bought item for S&H, was delivered account container for extra 44.90. Named to cancel membership and obtained RMA # to come back peoduct. Got a shipping reciept verification for abandoned item but organization nevertheless hasn't reinbursed charge card less the S&H Plus restocking charge. The corporation is just a fraud!!! The return remark was item requirements 2-3 weeks to work well with correct excersize and diet. Easily was performing that I wouldnt require the merchandise. They're creating a killing simply on restocking costs for a abandoned item that used to donot subscribe to!
