Double charging O.D. Fees

I'm students who lives in Lake Forest, CA. I actually do all my bank in Lakewood, since I have visit LBCC. I had been recently examining my online declaration, after I realized that I'd been billed 8 facility costs for dealings which were nevertheless "pending"; which were under $30.00. There is over $300 in my own consideration: ostensibly food cash for that next 14 days.

I see the costs, and state WTF?! Slap dab in the centre of the site was a good amount of 8 E.N. Costs, each for $35.00! $210.00 in facility costs which should not have been billed. Therefore, I named the financial institution, plus they stated that there is nothing they might do. I ultimately got them to change 2 of the costs, however they "couldn't change anymore since it was beyond their energy". Exactly what a weight of GARBAGE!!!
