Did not honour commitments & hide critical billing clauses in hyperlinks

Before you type in your credit card details, it mentions that the credit card will be only billed "one time" and states that if one is not completely satisfied, a refund will be arranged. This is naturally just baloney.

They hide the clause of there being an automatic billing after the initial trial in a "Terms & Condition" link and once you cancel future transactions by terminating the credit card, they send you an email stating that they will not refund due to the manner of termination.

Needless to say, the material you receive as "free" can easily be obtained from the internet and their hit rate for successful trades is very poor.
