I ordered a 1.99 c d and then they stole 69.95. Causing me a over draft in my account

I ordered an c d from grant funding search for 1.99. But then they went back and stole 69.95 out of my account. That cause me to have an over draft in my account. I now have extra bank charges that I have to pay. They did not have my permission to take that money out of my account. Can someone help me get my money back?
