Rip off

I ordered flowers off of ProFlowers.com during the holiday in 2008. I am now getting a $14.95 charges every month. I have no idea where this came from and I am sure I never signed up for this... I don't even know what I am getting from this... If anything at all. I'm sure Easy Rewards is getting plenty of calls, with some people not caring if they get their money back, but just that they cancel the charges. They count on this type of activity... People not knowing or not caring enough to take the time.

I am going to call on Monday and demand a refund. It looks like I am not the first victim. This is the type of scenerio and these are the type of people with this attitude that make our world so terrible at times. Very disappointing and frustrating!!!
