Zenith Acquisition
Illegal Practices

Business & Finance

I have been dealing with this company for over a year. They threatened to take my car if I didn't give them money directly out of my checking account and that in order to keep my car I have to allow them to withdraw money from my checking account every month or I have to pay the balance due. They did for six months. During these six months I called them numerous times each month trying to get documentation from them on balance, payments, bills. They have sent nothing.

I stopped paying them and contacted the BBB. They ended up sending me something from a previous lender, not them. I called to tell them I am not giving them any more money until they do so and they hung up on me. I called back and they yelled at me for calling the BBB. I calmly stated what I wanted from them and that if they didn't send it, I would get a lawyer. I have sent certified/registered letters from June to November with no response. Now I can't even get a car loan because of my Credit report which was listed as a repo. I still have the car! I don't know what to do.
