What are the steps to get these guys pay for what they did to us toronto, ontario ontario

Can someone help me how to get these guys to jail. They have scammed me and my husband for $3000.00. Until now, i'm still trying and hoping that someone from their customer service will answer the call.instead, just the answering machine. I also tried their website but it doesn't work anymore. All i have is their phone number which is the 1888 543 5474. Is there anyway that we can trace that number? I have all the documents with me. I already reported them to phone busters. Can anyone help me? I know we can't post anything personal here. But if we can communicate using this website that would be great.
